About Me and my blog

My Photo
I am a lover of books - from classics to steampunk and everything in between. Plus, I'm in pursuit of making my full-time passion more than a part-time gig. This blog is to share about all things reading, writing, movies, TV shows, publication - I think you get the drift. I'll even share the ups and downs of my own journey. If you don't like any of these things, I appreciate your visit, but sadly say you've come to the wrong spot. If just one of these topics tickle your fancy, then please pull up a chair (be a follower of my blog), talk to me and others here (leave a comment) and know that you are always welcome.

The Weekend Comes Forth

Just a short note to send a big hug to everyone in the writing community.

Critique partners rock.

Beta readers are the best.

Even Revision City takes a break from being too mean on the streets.  A very short break, but it happens lol!!

Enjoy the weekend everyone :-)

  3. Oh, you are so right! Two completely different comments from my two CPs helped me re-envision a troublesome scene yesterday. I can't wait to read it with fresh eyes today. CPs rock!

    1. It's the beauty of eyes seeing clearly through vision unclouded by what you, the writer, already knows should be there. Oh CPs :-)

    1. No rush, Raelyn. I should remind myself not to rush as well. I can certainly understand how easy it is to lose yourself in RC.

And an award? Awww, shucks. Why thank you :-)

  12. I wish you a good break. In my opinion, a good break has nothing to do with 1) the dishwasher 2) the washing machine. It has to deal with only the fridge, which contains a bottle of champagne, excellent French cheeses, and delicate pastries. I wish those things for you!
