IWSG and Me

Purpost and Posting deets here.
Welcome to IWSG 2015. This has been such a help for me as both an author and a person. I find IWSG is an awesome support system. Thanks to Alex Cavanaugh for this brainchild and to all the bloggers keeping it going.

So for this month's post I'm to share a little about me. Here I am in pictures:
I'm sassy.
I'm a single mom to the most wonderful growing darling.
I'm an author of YA, NA, MG and adult fiction.
I'm a geek, hence the photo of cosplay Gandalf from Comic Con 2013
I'm a friend and so, so very blessed to have some awesome friends like Graeme Ing and Gwen Gardner from my Untethered Realms group.
Sometimes I'm lost, dazed, dreaming.
When insecure, I'm afraid and panicked, unsure and filled with doubt.
But I'm glad to be a part of IWSG where there are others who understand what I go through, understand my writing passion and dreams and provide support so like that little fellow stuck in the bird's beak, I can stay persistent.
So, what's one thing you can share about who you are?

  1. Laughing. That is it, that is me. And your pics fit the bill. I never use the word "hate" when talking about a person. I might say, "I hate weeds," for example, but to use the word on people is like cursing them in the worst way.

    1. There's power in words, and hate is such a strong one that I agree you have to be careful when using it.

    1. If I can bring a smile to at least one person's face, then I've accomplished much.

  13. Loved your pictures. One thing about who I am? Well, I guess I'm a bird lover because we're in single digit temperatures today (with the wind chill below zero) and I just came in from refilling the bird feeders in my yard - again. Brrrr.
