The Day the Ninja Dies...of Embarrassment

If there’s one person in the Blogisfear who you want to say cheers to, who would it be?

Alex “no hyperlink needed” Cavanaugh.

Alex is an awesome blogger who’s helped hundreds of us via book releases, guest posts, guest interviews and always positive comments. While we can’t have a live part-ay for the Ninja Captain, we can host a BlogFest:

Welcome to the “Cheers, Cavanaugh BlogFest.”

Hosted by Mark “The Madman” Koopman, ”Marvelous” Morgan Shamy, Stephen “Breakthrough” Tremp, and David “Kingpin” Powers King, the BlogFest runs from December 10 - 12.

Rules:
Join the Linky List
Be a follower.
Post your 200 (total) word contribution Monday, Dec. 10.
Have Fun!

While Alex is an awesome blogger, he’s also an enigma.

So, here’s four questions:

In +/- 20 words, what does Alex look like? Medium height, slender build, trimmed light brown hair with a tousle of swayed bangs over the forehead, easy going smile hinting as a quiet disposition

In +/- 20 words, who could play Alex in a documentary? (Living or dead.) The Scott Pilgrim version of Michael Cera

In +/- 20 words, who does Alex remind you of? No one else really like him, but his actions remind me of the movie Pay it Forward

In +/- 100 words, (excluding the title) write flash fiction using all these prompts:

Cavanaugh
Ninja
IWSG
Cosbolt
Guitar

Jonah hovered the Cosbolt just shy of planet Cavanaugh's orbit. Rumors foretold of the Great Guitar played by a renowned blogger, Alex, the Ninja Captain. But could he join the ranks of IWSG and garner support to improve upon his skills?
"You have come," a calm voice whispered in his head.
Jonah glanced. No one appeared in the emptiness.
"Your insecurity is a familiar thing. You are not alone. And yes, IWSG is ready to welcome you with open arms. All you need is an open mind."
With any remaining doubts dispelled, Jonah landed upon the planet with a lighter heart, ready to begin his journey anew.

For Bonus Points:
In +/- 40 words, leave a comment for Mrs. Cavanaugh - thanking her for sharing.
Note: I let this over at Alex's blog :-)
