Is it Really Friday Already?

This week flew by, left me choking on its dust. I don't even think I got my shoes tied well and good before this week was half-way to the finish line.

But we're here, ready to rocket into the weekend. Maybe things will slow down?

No?

You don't think so?

Me neither.

At least I get to share the good news about who won my Reviewer Appreciation Giveaway.

Drum roll please....

****Heather McCorkle****

Now all she has to do is send me a $25 Amazon e-gift card. Wait...scratch that and reverse it. I will send her a $25 egift card to spend as willy nilly as she pleases :-)

So my blogger buds, what do YOU have planned for the weekend?

Today, my hubby goes into surgery to get his chemo port. Tomorrow, I'll be loppity lopping. Sunday, I will be writing some book reviews, a blog post, work on my writing, and clean downstairs and squeeze in grocery shopping.

Hugs and chocolate,
Shelly

Congrats to Heather. I hope she send you her money...or the other way around.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Hi, Angela....

No kidding! April is flying like the insane winds I 've had to deal with here in central Florida... Two more weeks and I go back to the Winds in Chicago....

Thanks for all your sweet comments! The a-z was a major challenge for me... So far I am managing, but it's tough without wifi!

And thanks for you ebook! Ever since I write the intro for your book I've bee wanting to Reagan it... And that cover! Really stunning!

I hope you have an awesome weekend and I hope you have time to read today and tomorrow's intros... They are so pretty awesome books.

Hugs,

Michael

Sleep sounds good, but I'll probably be catching up the exciting things like laundry and grocery shopping, you know, all the things one puts off while AtoZing!

Congrats to Heather.

Time with the little one is great, whatever is planned :-)

Grocery shopping is good. Man, nor woman, can like on the fridge vapors of yester-food alone :-)

I don't see it slowing down until May...

I think we're going to the astronomy lecture up on Mt. Tamalpais. A picnic with friends ensues, we hear a great lecture while watching the amazing view of the bay and city, then wander on home. It's a long drive and late night, but always seems worth it. We could stick around for stargazing, but the lines for the telescopes are always long, so we don't anymore.

Reading! Oh that sounds like such a good time. Might have to sneak some of that in between revisions, first draft work and some grocery shopping as well...oh and a little bit of sleep :-)

Reading and playing catch up with some more revisions. I took a few days off this week just to vegg. But it's time to put the nose to the screen again. It seems I've rewritten this story so many times, I don't even recognize it any longer.

Have a fabulous wknd!!

Enjoy the vegg out time. Sure is much deserved :-)

Queries are good. Always a chance to get swept up and away in a new author op :-)

Congratulations to Heather. (:
I wish things slowed down over the weekends, but to me it always seems like they speed up, just to spite me. I have a houseful of people coming over for dinner tonight and the house is a wreck! Think it'll help if I just dim the lights when the get here? :D

My weekend? Recovery after a week in France - Lyon to be exact - and catching up on inboxes, emails, OFW commitments, owed crits, blogs, and hopefully clear the way for actually writing in the coming week : )
