Sorry you've been having a hard few days. I really recommend going on a walk to pick up your mood. Walking regularly has become essential for my mental health. Hope this is a better week for you.
I understand, Angela. I've had a rough few weeks, too. (Health issues, though.) When I have a lot on my mind and need a pick me up sometimes I'll fix my favorite snack and totally fall into an old movie, one I've watched a million times before. Renews my hope, I guess.
Hope your week lifts your mood, Angela. When I'm feeling a bit blue, I do something nice for myself: go for a massage, watch a movie with a hot chocoate or curl up and read. Just stolen moments, just for me. Take good care.

I'm sorry you've been having a rough time. Watching something funny helps pick me up or reading a good book. And chocolate. :)
We must be sharing those planetary alignments. I grind my teeth a lot and have a lot of sleepless nights. I have a bad habit of not letting stress go. The best thing I did lately was take an Excedrin PM for a headache. It put me to sleep all night and finally got the rest I needed.Hope your troubles end soon.
I try to do things that gets my mind off of whatever is bothering me. Most of the time, worrying about it doesn't help at all, right? I hope things get better for you!
Hopefully your days will look up Angela. Maybe you need a fun day with your little chipmunk? Any day can be a bad day.
Sorry! March in general was a pretty intense month for me. April is starting out being incredibly busy, but hopefully will be better. I'd say have a glass of wine and some chocolate, snuggle that cute puppy and remember that this too shall pass. Sounds trite, but it's true, and helps me when I'm feeling down. Hang in there.
